The health and wellbeing of our guests and staff are a top priority at Maison De Trazegnies. Extra measures and necessary precautions have been implemented at our hotel to ensure the health and safety of all individuals.
Here is what we implemented:
SAFE, TRAINED AND
HEALTHY STAFF
All our staff will be temperature checked daily and are mandated to wear a surgical mask and gloves when servicing our guests. Our staff is also trained to implement and explain the health safety procedures to our guest.
COVID19 SAFETY GUIDELINE
Our guests will be requested to strictly follow the Safety Guideline COVID19 during their stay. The Guideline will be displayed at the entrance of the hotel and on this page.
DAILY TEMPERATURE CHECKS
All guests will have daily temperature checks. New guests will be temperature checked upon arrival. In case temperature supersedes 37.5, the guest will be not allowed to enter the hotel and will be requested to visit a doctor.
PRIVATE CHECK IN
Schedule your private and safe check in at the time you prefer. No reception desk, no long waiting lines and no need to meet other guests.
SANITIZING STATIONS
Guest are encouraged to cleanse their hands regularly with our hand sanitizers available in the public area and in the room.
TOUCHLESS SERVICES
To avoid any unnecessary contact, the request for supplementary services will also be available to you online or by phone.
IN-ROOM UVC
APPLIANCES
Each room will be equipped with a UVC Led sterilization box that guests can use to sterilize objects such as their mobile phone, reading glasses, etc.
COMPLIMENTARY MASKS FOR OUR GUESTS
Each guest will receive one complimentary medical mask every day and will be requested to wear it appropriately at all times when visiting the public areas of the hotel.
BREAKFAST BY APPOINTMENT
To guarantee social distancing, breakfast will be served by appointment only. Buffet will not be available. Guest will be able to make their selection and food will be served safely at the table.

STERILIZATION
Public area and guest rooms are daily sterilized using hospital-grade disinfectants. Surfaces in public area are cleaned with increased frequency. We have also initiated the acquisition of electrostatic sprayers and UVC LED sterilisers to reach areas and surfaces typically missed in standard cleaning processes.
PUBLIC AREA RESTRICTIONS
We request our guests to keep social distance in all the public areas. Some furniture in public area will be removed or re-arranged. We regret to inform you that The Deck with public Jacuzzi is temporarily closed. To enjoy our jacuzzi with seaview, you can book our Junior Suite or the Deluxe Seaview Room.
DEEP
STERILIZATION
After each check-out the room will undergo a deep sterilization.
We will conduct: Natural ventilation, cleaning of air conditioning system, sterilisation and cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants, electrostatic sprayers and UVC LED sterilization technology. Upon completion, the room will be sealed with a sterilization sticker.
