General terms

1. Making a reservation via our website or payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.

2. Quotations and booking are subject to availability and not guaranteed until receipt of a deposit is confirmed in writing.

3. All prices are including VAT and including local taxes.

4. Smoking is NOT allowed on the premises.

5. Pets are not allowed.

6. No elevators are available.

Maison de Trazegnies Marina Di Ragusa reserved the right to cancel or alter the booking if:

1. The guest(s) are not able to pay the online payment and / or remaining balance upon arrival.

2. The guest(s) are not able to show their passport, identification card, or driver’s license upon arrival.

3. The guest(s) are not able to provide a security deposit in the form of a valid credit card.

4. The room(s) or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond the control of Maison de Trazegnies.

5. The reputation of Maison de Trazegnies’ concept is jeopardized.

6. Maison de Trazegnies becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.

Maison de Trazegnies Marina Di Ragusa will not be liable for any delays. Losses, damages or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered, cancelled or if Maison de Trazegnies Marina Di Ragusa is unable to perform the contractual obligations as a result of events beyond its reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as wars, civil strife, terrorist activities, labor disputes, natural or man-made disasters, fires, floods, adverse weather conditions or change in local government laws.

In any of these circumstances, Maison de Trazegnies Marina Di Ragusa will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the client.

Maison de Trazegnies reserves the right to terminate your stay without notice and refunds if serious complaints are made or any significant disputes arise and are validated.

Limitation of Liability

Maison de Trazegnies Marina Di Ragusa shall not be liable for any direct damage or indirect damage that arises as a consequence of the client’s use of the room, including but without limitations, damages or losses, due to fire, robbery or criminal behavior.

Maison de Trazegnies Marina Di Ragusa shall not be liable for any kind of personal injury or accident that may arise as a consequence of the client’s use of room or common area.

Occupants

Only persons notified to Maison de Trazegnies Marina Di Ragusa upon arrival may occupy the room. You may not re-let/ sublet the room to any other third party without our prior written approval. The number of persons permitted to occupy the room is limited to the number of beds available and this limit may not be exceeded without our prior written approval.

Maison de Trazegnies Marina Di Ragusa reserves the right to refuse admittance to the room if this condition is breached.

Fair use

You and your party agree to be considerate guests and to take good care of the room(s) and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your stay. Except in the case of normal wear and tear, you are responsible for any damage to the room or its contents during your stay. which may occur due to the negligence, willful default or irresponsible behavior on the part of yourself or those occupying the room, or their guests. Any damage must be reported to Maison de Trazegnies Marina Di Ragusa without delay. All expenses to repair the damage plus an additional administration cost of 50 euro will be charged to you. You and your party also agree not to act in any way that could cause a disturbance to residents in neighboring properties.

Alcohol, drugs and tobacco

The use of drugs and abuse of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises. The use and possession of hard drugs is illegal in Italy and anyone suspected of either will be reported to the Police. Smoking, including marijuana, in the room and premises is also prohibited. If clients or their guests smoke in the room or public spaces, Maison de Trazegnies will charge the client in the amount of €450--this amount will be used to clean the room and premises in order to prevent future guests from experiencing any inconvenience in regards to odor and/ or damage to property or furnishings.

Loss of Keycards or bracelets will be charged to the client. There will be a minimum charge of €75 per item.

Check- in time

Check in at the room is possible from 3:00PM till 10:00PM

Please note: Keycards / bracelets or access code will only be handed out when both final payment and an optional security deposit is received.

Security Deposit

Maison de Trazegnies reserves the right to ask for a security deposit. In this instance, the security deposit is required upon check-in with a valid credit card.

This deposit will be authorized and a hold will be applied to your credit card.

Your card will not be charged. This hold will be automatically released by your bank on the condition that you have left the room in good standing and condition, no disturbance has occurred and all expenses during your stay have been fully paid.

Payment Policy

The full reservation amount will be charged to your credit card at the moment of booking.

Any Balance owing (incl. taxes & fees) must be paid upon arrival either by cash, PIN, maestro or credit card (we accept Visa and MasterCard). All prices quoted are in euros and all payments must be made in euros.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy fees depend on the notice given, unless otherwise agreed in writing:

For all bookings except from 1 - 31 August 2023:

1. > 3 days prior to arrival: Total booking deposit will be refunded.

2. < 3 days prior to arrival: 0% of the total booking deposit will be refunded and your credit card will be charged.

3. No show: 0% of the total booking deposit will be refunded and your credit card will be charged.

For bookings from 1 – 31 August 2023:

1. > 14 days prior to arrival: Total booking deposit will be refunded.

2. < 14 days prior to arrival: 0% of the total booking deposit will be refunded and your credit card will be charged.

3. No show: 0% of the total booking deposit will be refunded and your credit card will be charged.
